Assistants are pre-built specialists, like an SEO expert or a Scriptwriter, designed for specific professional tasks. Personas are custom AI characters you create to reflect a particular voice or role. In any thread, you can select the right expert for your query to get a specialised response that is still aligned with your project's context.
When you connect an application, you can conversationally ask the AI to perform tasks. For example, you can ask it to "check my calendar for meetings tomorrow" or "summarise the key points from this Google Doc," bringing external data directly into your workflow.
