01
What cookies are
In short: Cookies are small files a website stores on your device to make it work, remember your choices, and understand how it's used. We treat related technologies the same way.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site function correctly, remember your preferences, and help us understand how people interact with our content.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage, software development kits, pixels, and tags. In this policy, we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".
02
How we use cookies
In short: To keep the service secure, remember your settings, understand site usage, and provide live support chat. Essential cookies load automatically; everything else needs your consent.
We use cookies to:
Keep the website and platform secure and authenticate your session.
Remember choices you make, such as language and interface preferences.
Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
Provide live chat support and maintain conversation history.
We do not use cookies for behavioural advertising, and we do not sell cookie data or share it with advertising networks.

Cookies on the platform
In short: When you register for app.euryka.ai and accept our Terms of Service, you consent to the analytics and support cookies needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
The platform uses strictly necessary cookies to authenticate you and keep your session secure. It also uses product analytics (Google Analytics) and in-app support (Intercom) to operate, secure, and improve the service. Accepting our Terms of Service at registration constitutes consent to this processing.
You can request a summary of what is tracked, or withdraw consent, by contacting privacy@euryka.ai. For how this relates to personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
06
Third-party cookies
In short: Google and Intercom set cookies on our behalf and process data under their own policies. Our full sub-processor list is on the Trust Centre.
Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services for us. They process data in line with their own privacy policies:
The current list of sub-processors we use is published at trust.euryka.ai.
07
Managing your choices
In short: Use our cookie banner or the footer link to change consent any time. You can also block cookies in your browser, though essential ones are needed for the service to work.
When you first visit euryka.ai, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies by category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the link in our website footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site or platform from working correctly. For analytics specifically, Google offers a browser opt-out add-on.
08
Your rights
In short: Where cookies involve personal data, you have full GDPR rights — access, correction, erasure, and more. Email privacy@euryka.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
Some cookies process personal data such as your IP address or an online identifier. Where they do, the data protection rights set out in Section 13 of our Privacy Policy apply, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
09
Changes to this policy
In short: When the cookies we use change, we'll update this page and the version number at the top.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal reasons. When we do, we will post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date and version number. Where the change is material, we will also surface it through the cookie banner so you can review your choices.
