Euryka AI Studio

Do I need to complete all four Euryka Studio packages in order?
No. Each package is a complete, standalone engagement. You start where your need is most urgent — though most organisations Euryka works with begin at stage one (Foundations) or stage two (Production).
How does Euryka AI Studio deliver projects and what is the typical timeline?
Euryka works in two-to-three week sprints with real users in the loop early and fast feedback cycles. Their cadence is closer to a software product than a consulting engagement, and they measure themselves by what gets shipped rather than how long it took.
What does Euryka's AI Readiness Workshop include?
The AI Readiness Workshop includes an AI readiness audit across your tools, team, and data; hands-on team workshops and training; context engineering for your Brand Hub; and a 90-day AI adoption roadmap. It's designed to help you move from having AI tools to having an actual AI strategy.
What does the Brand Hub in 30 Days package include and who is it for?
The Brand Hub package includes a brand positioning and messaging audit, an AI-readable tone of voice framework, a visual identity system with guardrails, Brand Hub build with context engineering, and team training with handover. It's designed for CMOs and brand leaders whose teams have adopted AI tools but are seeing output drift from the brand.
What services does Euryka offer beyond the platform itself?
Euryka offers five expert services: Brand Architecture (codifying your brand for AI), AI Creative Production (multi-channel campaign content), Custom AI Solutions (bespoke models trained on your data), Product Development (AI-native product strategy and build), and AI Readiness Workshops (audits, training, and 90-day adoption roadmaps).
What Solutions packages does Euryka offer?
Euryka offers four Solutions packages: Brand Hub (30 days), Campaign Sprint (2 weeks), AI Readiness (90 days), and AI-Native Prototype (6 weeks). If you're unsure which fits, you can request a recommendation via the contact form.
What is the Studio methodology and what are its phases?
Euryka AI Studio follows a five-phase methodology: (1) Decode — stakeholder interviews, competitor audits, and brand diagnostics; (2) Architect — defining positioning, messaging hierarchy, and technology stack; (3) Design — visual identity and digital experiences; (4) Activate — go-to-market strategy, content rollout, and performance tracking; (5) Govern — ongoing brand custodianship and content governance.
What are the four Euryka AI Studio solution packages and how long does each take?
Euryka offers four fixed-scope packages: (1) Brand Hub in 30 Days — codifies your brand for AI; (2) Campaign Sprint in 2 Weeks — a full multi-channel campaign produced end to end; (3) AI Readiness in 90 Days — audit, upskill, and a signed-off 90-day roadmap; and (4) AI-Native Prototype in 6 Weeks — from concept to a validated working prototype with real users.
Can my team transition to using the Euryka platform independently after a Studio engagement?
Yes. Many clients start with Euryka AI Studio to see how the platform is used at its best, then move to self-service. The Studio team can train your team on the platform as part of the handoff, so you build internal capability rather than ongoing dependency.
Does Euryka AI Studio work with regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare?
Yes. Euryka AI Studio has proven experience across regulated industries including fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and hospitality, and describes itself as sector-agnostic with particular strength in regulated environments.

Platform

How do I stay informed about new Euryka features and platform updates?

Euryka publishes a regular 'Release Note' series on its News & Updates blog, covering new AI model additions, feature launches, and platform improvements. You can also subscribe to receive the latest news, articles, and resources sent to your inbox weekly via the newsletter sign-up on euryka.ai.

Does Euryka require a long-term contract or annual commitment?
No long-term contracts are required. Plans start at $39/month with monthly billing available. Annual billing is also offered at a 16% discount, and you can upgrade or downgrade anytime with changes taking effect on your next billing cycle.
Can I submit feature requests to influence the Euryka product roadmap?
Yes, Euryka provides a Feature Requests section under Resources where users can submit ideas to help shape the product roadmap.
Does Euryka have a minimum age requirement to use the platform?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to use Euryka. Users under 18 may not use the service under any circumstances.
How many brands and team seats does each Euryka pricing plan support?
Essential supports up to 5 seats and 3 brands. Pro supports up to 10 seats and 10 brands. Ultra supports up to 25 seats and 25 brands. Enterprise offers custom seat counts and unlimited brands.
How much does the Euryka Platform cost?
The Euryka Platform starts from $39 per month per user. For the bespoke Euryka AI Studio services, pricing is not listed on the page — you're invited to get in touch directly.
What AI models are included in the Essential plan versus the Pro and Ultra plans?
The Essential plan includes 8 chat model families (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek, Grok, Moonshot), 9 image models, and 5 video models, but excludes thinking models. Pro adds thinking models and collaborative features. Ultra adds Claude Opus + Opus Thinking and access to new models as they launch.
What is the Euryka Studio and how is it different from the platform?
Euryka operates as one company with two layers: the platform (an AI operating system with brand context, governance, and collaboration built in) and the Studio, a team that engineers the 'last mile' to help brands make the platform part of how they actually work. The Studio exists because the brands who needed the platform most also needed hands-on help operationalising it.
What happens to my access if I cancel my Euryka subscription?
You can cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of your paid period, with no pro-rata refunds and no surprise fees.
What are the five pillars of the Euryka platform?
Euryka is organised around five pillars: Create (generate content across formats), Collaborate (shared workspace and briefs), Govern (brand guardrails and data security), Grow (scaled outreach), and Extend (additional integrations). All five are connected by the Brand Hub.
What is the Euryka Academy and what kind of courses does it offer?
The Euryka Academy is a learning resource listed under Euryka's Resources section, described as offering courses and skill-building. It sits alongside other learning resources such as the Blog, Prompt Gallery, and Help Center.
Can I switch between AI models mid-project without losing my brand context?
Yes. Euryka's orchestration layer lets you switch between 30+ AI models at any point — even mid-conversation — and your brand context flows through automatically regardless of which model you choose. This means you can, for example, start an image in Ideogram, refine it in MidJourney, and perfect it with Gemini, all while maintaining consistency with your Brand Hub guidelines.

Platform - Collaborate

Can I connect Euryka Threads to my existing databases and internal tools?
Yes. Threads support MCP (Model Context Protocol) server connections, allowing the AI to query databases, pull live data from your existing stack, and trigger actions inside the systems your team already uses.
What is Deep Research in Euryka and how does it work?
Deep Research is a collaboration feature that provides multi-source insights connected to your Brand Hub. It sits alongside Threads and Personas as one of the core tools on the Collaborate page, though detailed functionality beyond multi-source research connected to brand context is described at a high level on this page.
What file types can I use in Euryka Threads?
Threads support rich file handling including PDFs, Excel files, URLs, and presentation decks. You can drop files directly into a conversation, and Threads can also build PowerPoint files and export them directly.

Platform - Create

What content formats can I create with Euryka?
Euryka supports creating images, video, audio, music, voiceovers, documents, social posts, emails, and press releases. Voiceovers are available in 30+ languages with voice cloning, and 60+ ready-to-use Sparks templates cover common content types.
What is Image Remix in Euryka?

What image AI models are available in Euryka Imaginations?
Euryka Imaginations includes image models from multiple providers: Nano Banana and Nano Banana Pro (Google Gemini), Seedream and Seedream Lite (ByteDance), Imagen (Google), Stable Diffusion (Stability AI), Grok Imagine (xAI), GPT Image (OpenAI), Ideogram, Recraft, Midjourney, and Flux (Black Forest Labs).
What types of Sparks templates are available in Euryka?

Platform - Extend

Can I get custom Sparks templates built for my specific workflows?
Yes. Euryka's Studio team can build bespoke Sparks tailored to your workflows, brand, and industry. Their engineers craft custom prompts that are deployed inside your Brand Hub in days, not months.
Is the Euryka Chrome Extension free and what does it do?
Yes, the Euryka Chrome Extension is free. It lets you generate brand-aligned content directly inside any text field on any website — including Google Docs, social platforms, and competitor sites — without switching tabs. It provides access to 60+ professional Sparks templates with your brand voice and project context applied automatically.
What types of projects can Euryka Studio help with?

What integrations does Euryka currently support?

Platform - Govern

Who owns the content I create or upload to Euryka?
You own what you upload and what you generate. Euryka only uses your content to deliver the service, as stated in the Terms of Service.
Can I auto-fill my brand voice settings from my website instead of entering everything manually?
Yes. Euryka's Auto-fill from URL feature lets you point to your website, and it reads your site to pre-fill brand values, voice, and tone automatically. You then review and refine the results.
Can I manage multiple brands in a single Euryka workspace?
Yes. The Govern module includes multi-brand support, allowing you to manage distinct voices for each brand within one workspace. This is designed for agencies and teams that operate across multiple brands.
How do Projects work in Euryka and how do they connect to AI conversations?
Projects let you define a brief, goals, KPIs, timelines, writing style, and guardrails for each campaign or initiative. Project context is auto-injected into Threads conversations, so the AI already knows the brief without re-briefing. Projects can inherit a brand's voice and guardrails or stand alone for cross-brand or internal work.
What is the difference between Account Data and Customer Content in Euryka?
Account Data is information about you as a user (name, email, billing, login credentials) where Euryka acts as the data controller. Customer Content is everything you upload or create in the platform (brand assets, prompts, outputs) where your organisation is the data controller and Euryka acts as a data processor under your instructions.

Platform - Grow

Will I automatically get access to newly added AI models and features, or do I need to upgrade?

Most new features and AI model integrations are made available immediately to all active subscribers. Some beta features — such as Prospector and select video models — may require separate activation or a specific plan tier (Pro or Studio) to access in full.

What use cases does Euryka Prospects support?
Prospects is built for account-based marketing, agency new business prospecting, market expansion into new regions, and partnership or influencer outreach. Each use case leverages contact discovery, deep research, and personalised sequences tailored to how your team grows.
