1. Rename a Thread: For clear identification, give a conversation a project name. Access the three-dot menu next to the thread, select Rename, and type in the new name.
2. Pin Important Threads: To keep a thread locked to the top of your list for easy access, select Pin from the three-dot menu.
3. Star Favourite Threads: To mark a thread as a favourite for quick filtering later, select the Star icon from the same menu.
