How to manage your Euryka subscription, upgrade or downgrade your plan, and access your invoices.

The Billing page is where you manage your Euryka subscription — view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update your payment method, and access your invoice history.

Opening Billing

Click Billing in the left sidebar, or press Cmd + E (Ctrl + E) and type "Billing".

Your current plan

At the top of the Billing page you'll see your active plan and its core limits:

  • Plan name (Essential, Pro, Studio, or Enterprise)
  • Billing period (monthly or annual)
  • Number of seats in use
  • Renewal date

Upgrading your plan

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade or View plans to see the plan comparison.
  3. Select the plan you want.
  4. Complete checkout using your payment method.

Your new plan and its limits take effect immediately on upgrade.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Select the lower plan.
  4. Confirm the downgrade.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then.

Note: If your current usage (brands, personas, voices, storage) exceeds the lower plan's limits, you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.

Updating your payment method

Open Billing and click Manage payment method or Update card. You'll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal where you can update credit card details securely.

Invoice history

In the Billing page or Stripe portal, you can view and download all past invoices.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise plans are custom-priced and managed through the Euryka team. Contact support to discuss an Enterprise arrangement.
