The Workspace Activity page (also accessible as "Usage" from the sidebar) gives workspace owners and admins a detailed view of how the team is using Euryka — including AI generation volume, model costs, and token breakdowns.
Opening Workspace Activity
Click Usage in the left sidebar. The page is titled Workspace Activity in-product.
What you can see
Cost overview
A summary card shows your workspace's cumulative AI cost over the selected time window. You can filter by:
- Current billing period
- Rolling 7 days
- Rolling 30 days
Generations by type
A chart showing how many AI generations your workspace has run, broken down by output type:
- Images
- Videos
- Audio
- Text (thread messages and documents)
You can also view this broken down by user to see who's generating the most volume.
Token usage by model
A detailed table showing token consumption by AI model, including:

| Input tokens | Tokens sent to the model (your prompts and attached content) |
| Output tokens | Tokens returned by the model (its responses) |
| Cached tokens | Tokens served from the model cache (lower cost) |
| Cache-write tokens | Tokens written to cache for future reuse |
| Reasoning tokens | Tokens used internally by reasoning/thinking models |
| Cost | Estimated cost for that model's usage in the period |
Switch the view to by user to see which team members are driving the most token consumption.
Plan limit comparison
A summary banner compares your current usage against your plan's limits (seats, storage, personas, voices) so you can spot where you're approaching a cap.
Who can see Workspace Activity?
Workspace owners and admins have full access. Other members may have read-only or restricted access depending on your workspace settings.
