Signing in and Workspaces

How to sign in to Euryka, understand workspaces, and navigate between features.

2 min read Updated 27 Apr 2026

Signing in

Go to euryka.ai and sign in with your credentials. After authenticating, Euryka automatically routes you to your active workspace.

If you follow a direct link to a specific feature — such as /dashboard, /threads, or /imaginations — Euryka redirects you to the correct workspace automatically. You don't need to remember workspace IDs or navigate manually.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your team's private environment inside Euryka. Everything lives here:

  • Your brands and projects

  • Your threads, imaginations, documents, voiceovers, and personas

  • Your team members, billing plan, and usage

All members of a workspace share the same brands, projects, and content — subject to their role (owner, admin, or member).

The workspace URL

When you are working inside your workspace, the URL always follows this pattern:

https://yourworkspace.euryka.ai/ws/{workspaceId}/...

You do not need to use or remember the workspace ID directly. Euryka handles routing automatically.

Switching between features

Use the left sidebar to move between Euryka's main features. The sidebar shows (in order):

  1. Dashboard — your home screen

  2. Brand Hub — brands and projects

  3. Threads — AI chat

  4. Imaginations — image, video, and audio generation

  5. Documents — AI-powered writing

  6. Voiceovers — voice creation and audio projects

  7. Personas — custom AI assistants (Characters)

  8. Prospects (Beta) — outreach and CRM

Below the main navigation you'll also find links to Profile, Organisation, Team, Billing, Usage, and API Keys.

Your recent work

The Recents panel in the sidebar shows the threads, imaginations, voiceovers, and documents you've worked on most recently. Each item shows up to three avatars when it's shared with teammates.

  • Items that are still generating show a spinner.

  • Items that encountered an error show a warning icon.

Getting help inside Euryka

  • Click the help icon in the sidebar to open a relevant help article for the feature you're on.

  • Open the Notifications drawer from the sidebar header.

  • The Announcement chip on the Dashboard header links to the latest release notes.
