Editing and Collaborating on Documents

How to use the Euryka document editor, inline AI commands, and collaborative features (Pro+).

2 min read Updated 27 Apr 2026

Euryka Documents uses a block-based rich text editor with built-in AI assistance. You can write and format content manually, use inline AI commands to generate or rewrite sections, share documents with teammates, and work on the same document simultaneously on Pro or higher plans.

The document editor

The editor supports standard rich text formatting:

  • Headings (H1, H2, H3)
  • Bold, italic, underline
  • Bullet and numbered lists
  • Block quotes
  • Code blocks
  • Images (embedded from your Imaginations library)

Click anywhere in the document to place your cursor and start typing.

Using inline AI commands

Type / in the editor to open the AI commands menu. Available commands include:

  • Continue writing — let the AI continue from where you left off
  • Rewrite — rewrite the selected block in a different style
  • Summarise — condense the selected content
  • Make shorter / Make longer
  • Fix spelling and grammar
  • Translate
  • Custom prompt — type your own instruction

Highlight a block first to apply commands to a specific section, or use them without a selection to generate new content after your cursor.

Sharing a document (Pro+ plans)

Collaborative document sharing requires a Pro, Studio, or Enterprise plan.

To share:

  1. Open the document.
  2. Click Share in the document toolbar.
  3. Choose workspace members to share with, or copy a shareable link.

Shared documents appear in teammates' Recents with your avatar shown. Multiple members can be in the document simultaneously.

Renaming a document

Click the document title at the top of the editor to rename it inline. The name updates immediately.

Locking content

Highlight a block and use the block menu to Lock it. Locked blocks cannot be overwritten by AI regeneration — useful for sections you've finalised and edited carefully.

Searching and filtering documents

In the Documents list (the main Documents page):

  • Use the search input (appears when you have more than 5 documents) to filter by title
  • Switch between list and grid views
