The Deep Searches tab is where you discover new prospects using AI-powered research. You describe who you're looking for and Euryka searches across the web to find contacts, companies, and relevant information that match your criteria.
Starting a deep search
- Open Prospects from the sidebar.
- Click the Deep Searches tab.
- Click New Search (or the equivalent button).
- Describe who you are looking for. Be as specific as possible:
- Job title or function (e.g. "Head of Marketing", "Founder", "HR Director")
- Industry or sector (e.g. "SaaS companies", "independent music labels", "healthcare startups")
- Company size (e.g. "10–50 employees", "Series A funded")
- Geography (e.g. "UK-based", "US West Coast")
- Additional criteria (e.g. "recently hired", "companies using Salesforce")
- Run the search.
Euryka searches the web using AI research and returns a set of matching contacts and companies.
Reviewing search results
Search results show each prospect with:
- Name and job title
- Company name and size
- Contact information (where available)
- Relevant signals (e.g. recent activity, mutual connections)
Saving prospects to your database
From the search results, select the contacts you want to keep and click Save to contacts. They appear in the Contacts tab under your workspace's prospect database.
Running multiple searches
You can save and revisit past searches — each search is stored in the Deep Searches tab with its parameters and results. Re-run a search to pick up fresh results as new prospects match your criteria.
Tips for better searches
- Be specific — "Marketing Director at B2B SaaS companies with 50-200 employees in the UK" returns more targeted results than "marketing managers"
- Iterate — run variations of a search to cover different seniority levels or adjacent titles
- Combine with CSV import — for contacts you already have, import them directly via the Contacts tab instead of searching for them
