You can now choose Claude Sonnet 5 when working in Threads. This latest model from Anthropic joins the model catalogue, giving you another high-quality option for drafting copy, refining ideas, and working through complex briefs with your brand context applied.

There are two versions to pick from:

  • Claude Sonnet 5 — the standard model, suited to everyday writing and creative tasks.

  • Claude Sonnet 5 (Thinking) — an extended reasoning mode that works through problems more thoroughly before responding. Reach for this when you're tackling multi-step tasks or want the model to reason carefully.

How to use it

  1. Open a Thread, or start a new one with the New Thread button.

  2. Open the model dropdown at the top of the message composer.

  3. Select Claude Sonnet 5 or Claude Sonnet 5 (Thinking).

  4. Write your message as usual. Your Brand Hub context is applied automatically, whichever model you choose.

Tips

  • Use the standard Claude Sonnet 5 for quick drafts and conversational back-and-forth.

  • Switch to Claude Sonnet 5 (Thinking) when a task benefits from deeper reasoning, such as structuring a campaign, working through detailed instructions, or reviewing complex material. Responses may take a little longer as the model reasons through the problem.

  • Because Euryka is model-agnostic, you can compare Claude Sonnet 5 against other models on the same brief and keep the result that works best.
