Managing Personas — Archive and Restore

How to manage your persona library in Euryka — including archiving and restoring personas.

1 min read Updated 27 Apr 2026

The Personas page shows all active personas in your workspace. As your library grows, you can archive personas you no longer need and restore them later.

Viewing your personas

Click Personas in the sidebar. You'll see:

  • The current count of active personas
  • All personas as cards with name, description, and model

Archiving a persona

Archiving removes a persona from the active list without permanently deleting it.

  1. On the Personas page, find the persona you want to archive.
  2. Click the overflow menu (⋯) on the persona card.
  3. Select Archive.

The persona disappears from the active list. Users still see the persona name in threads and documents where it was previously selected, but cannot apply it to new work until it's restored.

Restoring a persona

  1. Click the Archive Restore icon in the Personas page header.
  2. The restore dialog shows all archived personas.
  3. Find the persona you want and click Restore.

It reappears in your active persona library immediately.

Editing a persona

  1. Click the persona card on the Personas page.
  2. Make changes to name, description, behaviour, or model.
  3. Click Save.

Changes take effect immediately — any thread or document currently using the persona will use the updated behaviour going forward.

Active personas count toward the limit; archived personas do not. Archive unused personas to free up slots.
