How to get help in Euryka — Help Center, Euryka Academy, release notes, and contacting support.

Euryka offers several ways to get help when you need it — from in-product articles to video tutorials and direct support.

In-product Help Center

Click the help icon in the sidebar from any page in Euryka. The Help Center opens a relevant article for the feature you're currently on.

Euryka Academy

Visit euryka.ai/academy for video tutorials, walkthroughs, and guides on every feature. The Academy is also linked from the Explore Euryka grid on the Dashboard.

Euryka Blog

The Euryka Blog covers product updates, tips, use cases, and team content.

Release Notes

See what's new in Euryka:

  • Click the Announcement chip in the Dashboard header
  • Or open the Release Notes card in the Explore Euryka grid

Contacting support

To reach the Euryka support team:

  1. Click the help icon in the sidebar.
  2. Use the Intercom chat to start a conversation.
  3. Describe your issue with as much detail as possible — including the feature you're using and any error messages you see.

For Enterprise customers: your dedicated account manager is your primary point of contact for support escalations.

Notifications and announcements

  • Notifications drawer — open from the sidebar header to see workspace activity, completed jobs, and mentions
  • Announcement chip — on the Dashboard header, links to the latest release notes
