You can now let Euryka choose the best AI model for each message automatically. Select Auto in the model selector and, for every message you send, Euryka picks a model that suits how complex your request is, so simple questions stay fast and harder tasks get a more capable model.
How to use it
Open a thread and find the model dropdown at the top of the message composer.
Select Auto.
Write your message and send it as usual.
After each reply, an Auto pill shows the tier that was used, so you can always see which level of model handled your message.
How does the quality dial control speed cost and capability in Auto Model Router?
Auto includes a quality setting that lets you nudge the balance between speed, cost, and capability:
Economy — favours faster, lighter-weight models to save credits.
Balanced — the default, matching the model to the task.
Quality — leans toward stronger models for better results.
Ultra — always uses the most capable models available to your plan.
Your choice is remembered for your current session, so you can set it once and keep working.
How Auto behaves
Auto is designed to stay steady across a conversation. Once it picks a model within a tier for a thread, it keeps using that same model for consistency of voice and speed. For more demanding requests, it turns on extended reasoning mode so the model can think through the problem more thoroughly. If a message needs a retry, Auto moves up to a more capable model to give you a better result.
What are the limitations of the Auto Model Router?
The most capable (top-tier) models are a premium feature. On plans below Pro, Auto uses the next tier down instead. Upgrade your workspace plan to unlock the top tier.
For messages that include images, Auto currently routes to a vision-capable model to make sure your image is read correctly.
If Auto can't decide quickly, it falls back to a solid mid-tier model so your reply is never held up.
You can switch away from Auto at any time by picking a specific model from the dropdown, and switch back whenever you like.
