Managing Your Team and Seats

How to invite members, manage roles, and understand seat limits in your Euryka workspace.

The Team page is where workspace owners and admins manage membership — inviting new members, setting roles, and monitoring seat usage.

Opening Team settings

Click Team in the sidebar, or press Cmd + E → type "Team".

Understanding seats

A seat is one workspace member slot. Your plan determines the maximum number of seats:

Plan Max seats
Essential 5
Pro 10
Studio 25
Enterprise 100

If you've filled all your seats and need to add more people, you'll need to upgrade your plan or remove an existing member.

Roles

Euryka has three workspace roles:

Role What they can do
Owner Full access — billing, team management, API keys, all features
Admin All feature access, team management (cannot manage billing)
Member Create and use workspace features; cannot invite or manage other users

Inviting a new member

  1. Open Team.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the new member's email address.
  4. Select their role (Admin or Member).
  5. Click Send invite.

The invitee receives an email with a link to join the workspace. Pending invites are shown in the Team page until accepted.

Changing a member's role

  1. Open Team.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Click the role selector next to their name.
  4. Choose the new role.

Changes take effect immediately.

Removing a member

  1. Open Team.
  2. Find the member you want to remove.
  3. Click Remove (or the overflow menu → Remove from workspace).
  4. Confirm the action.

Removing a member frees up that seat. Their existing content (threads, imaginations, documents) remains in the workspace.
