When you sign in to Euryka for the first time, you're guided through a Welcome onboarding flow that personalises the platform to your role, interests, and working style. This takes a few minutes and makes a real difference to how Euryka behaves — from the AI models it recommends to the templates it surfaces.
The Welcome steps
The Welcome flow has six steps:
Step 1 — Welcome
Euryka introduces itself: "Welcome to Euryka! Great to have you here! We're excited to help transform how you and your team create and collaborate. Let's get to know you better so we can personalise your Euryka experience just for you."
Step 2 — Professional info
Tell Euryka about yourself:
- Your seniority level (e.g. Individual Contributor, Manager, Director, Executive)
- Your role (e.g. Marketer, Designer, Strategist, Developer)
- Your department
This helps Euryka surface the right Sparks, Characters, and tools for your workflow.
Step 3 — Interests
Select your core, adjacent, and emerging interests. Euryka uses these to recommend the most relevant Imaginations models, Sparks templates, and AI Personas for your work.
Step 4 — Writing style
Choose how you prefer to communicate — concise or detailed, formal or conversational, structured or exploratory. Euryka's AI matches your natural voice when generating content.
Step 5 — Personality traits
Select traits that describe your working style. These help Euryka adapt its interactions to suit how you think and work.
Step 6 — Your AI alter ego (Character)
Euryka uses everything it has learned about you to generate a custom Character — your personal AI persona. You'll see an archetype with strengths and special abilities, a writing style, and a personality summary.
When you confirm your Character, Euryka creates it as your first Persona, ready to use in Threads and Documents.
Completion
Once you finish, Euryka confirms: "You're all set! Thanks for taking the time to personalise your Euryka experience. Your custom Character is ready, and we've tailored the platform to match your working style."
Re-running the Welcome flow
If you'd like to go through the onboarding again (for example, if your role changes), you can re-launch it at any time from the Dashboard:
- Open the Dashboard.
- Click the Welcome tile in the Quick Actions row.
- The Welcome dialog re-opens from the beginning.
What changes after onboarding
- Your default Character (Persona) is created and available in Threads and Documents.
- Recommended Sparks in the Documents gallery are tailored to your role and interests.
- AI model recommendations reflect your stated working style.
