How to build multi-step automated email sequences with AI personalisation in Euryka Prospects.

Beta feature — requires Pro plan or higher plus beta access.

Sequences automate your outreach by sending a series of personalised emails to a list of contacts, with smart timing and optional conditional branching based on how recipients respond.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

Creating a sequence

  1. Open Prospects and click the Sequences tab.
  2. Click + New Sequence.
  3. Name your sequence (e.g. "Partnership outreach — Q3", "SDR intro sequence — US Founders").
  4. Click Create.

Building sequence steps

Each step in a sequence is an email. To add a step:

  1. Click + Add step.
  2. Write the email — or use AI personalisation to generate a draft based on the contact's profile, company, and any custom fields you've set.
  3. Set the delay — how many days after the previous step this email should send.
  4. Add conditions if you want branching logic:
    • Send a follow-up only if the previous email was not opened
    • Switch to a different branch if the contact clicked a link
    • Stop the sequence if the contact replied

Repeat to add as many steps as needed.

Configuring send settings

In the sequence settings, configure:

Setting What it controls
Send window Days and hours during which Euryka is allowed to send (e.g. Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm)
Timezone optimisation Sends at the optimal local time for each recipient
Sending domain Which verified domain sends the emails

Launching a sequence

  1. Once your steps are built and settings are configured, click Review.
  2. Select the list of contacts to enrol.
  3. Click Launch.

Euryka begins sending emails according to your schedule.

Tracking performance

From the sequence detail view you can see per-step and overall metrics:

  • Sent — total emails dispatched
  • Opens — how many recipients opened
  • Clicks — how many clicked a link
  • Replies — how many replied (sequence auto-stops for repliers by default)
  • Bounces and unsubscribes
