Archiving and Restoring Documents

How to archive documents you no longer need and restore them in Euryka.

1 min read Updated 27 Apr 2026

Archiving is the recommended way to tidy up your Documents library without permanently deleting work. Archived documents are hidden from the active list but can be restored at any time.

Archiving a document

  1. Go to Documents in the sidebar.
  2. Find the document you want to archive.
  3. Click the overflow menu (⋯) on the document card or within the open document.
  4. Select Archive.

The document disappears from the active Documents list.

Restoring an archived document

  1. On the Documents page, click the archive icon in the page header.
  2. The archive dialog opens showing all your archived documents.
  3. Find the document and click Restore.

The document reappears in your active Documents list exactly as it was.

Searching your archive

The archive dialog includes a search input so you can find archived documents by title without scrolling through everything.

Permanently deleting a document

There is no permanent delete from the archive dialog by default. If you need to permanently remove a document, contact your workspace owner or admin.
