The Contacts tab in Prospects is your prospect database — a central record of all the people and companies you're engaging with. You can add contacts manually, import them from a CSV, or save them from Deep Search results.

The Contacts overview

At the top of the Contacts tab you'll see three summary tiles:

  • Contacts — total number of individual people in your database
  • Companies — total number of companies
  • Emails Created — total number of emails generated across all sequences

Click a tile to filter the Contacts list to that type.

Adding a contact manually

  1. Click + New Contact.
  2. Fill in the contact details:
    • First name, last name
    • Email address
    • Job title

    • Additional notes
  3. Click Save.

Adding a company manually

  2. Fill in the company details:

    • Notes
  3. Click Save.

Importing contacts from a CSV

  1. In the Contacts tab, click Import.
  2. Select your CSV file. Make sure it includes column headers.
  3. Map the CSV columns to the relevant contact fields.
  4. Click Import.

The contacts are added to your database immediately.

Exporting contacts to CSV

  1. In the Contacts tab, select the contacts you want to export (or keep all selected for a full export).
  2. Click Export.
  3. A CSV file downloads to your device.

Searching and filtering contacts

Use the search input to find contacts by name, company, or email. Use the filter (Person / Organisation) to switch between individual people and company records.

Adding notes and tracking interactions

Open any contact record to add notes, log interactions, and see which sequences they are enrolled in.
